As owners and licensed real estate brokers, Gordon Getz and Caroline Getz have combined experience of over 70 years. They have extensive experience in the real estate loan industry, foreclosures, REỎs and management of real estate.
Our staff is licensed and accomplished in all phases of real estate equity lending and servicing. We take pride in giving each client personal attention. Over the many years of the company`s existence, we have dealt in real estate sales, management and lending.
We are a direct lending company operating under a real estate license issued by the California Department of Real Estate in 1978
We originate well-secured trust deeds, which are generally short term in nature, one to five years. The interest rate paid in invested funds ranges from 12% to 18%. We deal primarily with properties located in the greater Southern California areas.
Our loans generally range from $20,000 to $500,000 and contain provisions for monthly interest payments and can be purchased individually or as a percentage ownership of the total loan
Loans will be collected and serviced by our office under a loan servicing agreement. Payments are mailed to the lenders within 10 days of receipt. Monthly statements will be mailed with an itemized accounting. Payments may be directed elsewhere such as IRA`s. You will also receive a year-end 1099 statement and loan summary regarding all of your investments.
Our loan package includes a lender disclosure, appraisal with photographs of the property and location map, borrower and loan servicing information. All loans include title insurance, fire insurance endorsements, tax service, request for notice and flood insurance disclosure.
