Our combined experience spans decades - decades of quality, high level events. Our range is the corporate retirement party for 20 to the annual incentive program for hundreds. |

Event Management Attendee Coordination Logistical Services:
Assist in budget development
Prepare event timeline
Contract necessary outside suppliers within the contracted areas
Coordinate on-site social events
Review all supplier bills for accuracy, approve and submit for payment
Technical Set-Up:
Liaise with audio visual partners to provide equipment and technicians
Identify audio visual, lighting and multi-media needs
Oversee all technical set-ups and monitor on-site

On-site Staff Coordination:
Prepare areas of responsibility for on-site staff
Prepare on-site staff schedules
On-Site Staffing:
Provide a smooth on-site experience for all attendees. JML staff members will be on-site to oversee all details of the event, from set-up to tear-down.
