My philosophy is that the mind and body are one and conscious thought is just one aspect of the mind. When you enter therapy you may be aware of what is troubling you and might even be cogniscent of the behaviors and symptoms that you repeat over and over again.
But you may be somewhat “stuck” in knowing how to do things one way. My approach is to try and help you understand some of the unconscious dynamics that might be playing out in your life today.
Together, we examine earlier times in your life to see how they are impacting you right now. We also look closely at the internal struggles you are having and together we try to work through and modify them. When you see your life is changing and feel you are becoming more successful, you will know that good work between us is being accomplished.
It is my belief that those seeking help can be helped and it is my honor to be the person ushering you through the process.
Working together we will enter into a relationship of strength, support and compassion which ultimately will result in growth, renewal and change for the Better.
