Judy Thompson, President, has been interviewing and recruiting financial professionals, for over 25 years. Her career began in the 1970s in the top producing office of a 325-office national search firm. In 1981, she founded her first company, Judy Thompson & Associates Financial Search in San Diego, for recruiting and placing accounting and finance professionals. In 1998, she cofounded ThompsonRose Interim Professionals with colleague Linda Rose. And in 2005, she co-founded Brown Thompson with Tom Brown.
Today, these three companies are affiliated through the Thompson Search group of companies.
