Precision Relocation was founded by Doug Piersant and Kirk 0'Gilvy, who after many years in the moving industry, realized that there was a significant demand in the market place for a specialized commercial relocation company.
Prior to the formation of Precision Relocation, the commercial customer had no choice but to depend on household goods moving companies with their so-called "commercial moving divisions" to perform their commercial relocations. These household goods moving companies lacked the qualified personnel and specialized equipment necessary to properly perform commercial relocations.

We work in partnership with all of the major manufacturers and our installers are certified in all major brands. We also have sources for used, refurbished, and off-brand furniture that is a tremendous value for certain users, and because we do not have any exclusivity agreements with any manufactures or dealers, our only motivation is to get the best possible value for our customers.
