The Vacation Planners at Town & Country have well over 100 years of combined experience and most have achieved the CTC designation (Certified Travel Counselor), the travel industry equivalent of a graduate degree in travel and tourism. Professional MCC and ACC designations have also been achieved through Cruise Lines International Association. In addition to this unusually high level of education, the Town & Country team has hands-on travel experience in over 100 countries around the globe. They offer you a solid working knowledge of hotels, airlines, sightseeing attractions, transportation services, travel seasons, appropriate clothing and other practical information vital to a successful trip.
Most of our time is spent planning wonderful vacations. Our work is not a quick transaction, but a process. We work by appointment, preferably in person, sometimes over the phone, so that we can give you our undivided attention. Email communication can also be an effective tool. Internally we work as a team. The Vacation Planner best suited to your project or destination is assigned as your primary contact. We all have specialties and unique abilities and we delight in sharing them with each other and especially with you.
Our process starts with a great deal of listening to you and your specific requirements. After our initial consultation we evaluate your needs and recommend quality products and solutions to help you have the best vacation possible given your budget. Once we have agreed upon the best program, we execute the plan, make the arrangements and attend to the details.
Every vacation we plan is unique. On occasion we will require professional service fees for our time. You will be advised of potential fees by your vacation planner. Most of the time, we are paid a commission by the tour and cruise companies we book. Transaction oriented services such as airline and train tickets, hotel reservations and car rentals require nominal non-refundable fees starting at $5.00 per transaction. Call us at
